AUCKLAND MEETING.

Auckland, May 29 At present very little wagering is being transacted over the Grand National Meeting, which is to be inaugurated at Ellerslie on the Bth June; and until it is known for certain what horses are likely to put in an appearance, speculation may be expected to remain dull. The following prices were quoted last night on the double, Grand National Hurdle Race and Great Northern Steeplechase : — 100 to 7 against Coala and Coala, 100 to 7 Coala and Bomi hardier, 100 to 5 Ebor and Norton, 100 to 5 Liberator and Bombardier, 100 to 5 Coala and Belle, 100 to 4 Liberator and Busaco.
