«. THE BELGIUM POISONING CASE. (PER PRESS ASSOCIATION* Auckland, This Day. Arrived — Alamcda. Her dates are Europe February Bth. The jury, in the case of Madame Jainaux, tried at Antwerp for killing, by poison, her sister, brother, and uncle, to secure their life insurance policies, returned on February 2nd a verdict oi guilty. She was sentenced to death, Tne sentence will be commuted to penal servitude for life. The convicted woman is a daughter of General Jules Abbay, The combined insurance on tbe lives oi her victims amounted to 35,000 dollars,
