Railway Rates.
(Par Press Association.) Wellington, Fob. 7 The'following alterations in the charges on Government railways are notified: — Gunpowder, in packages not exceeding 141 bs, will be charged double parcel rates. The horses and carriages clause stating that horses of members of hunt or polo clubs travelling to meets and returning on or before third day avjll be carried return journey for single charge is cancelled.
