Increasing the British Navy.
(Per Press Association.) London, January 29. The Pall Mall Gazette declares that tb.B First Lord of the: Admiralty proposes this j r ear to build four first-class cruisers, four of seeond^elass, two of third-class, twenty torpedo boats and tweuty torpedo destroyers. A loan of at least 45,000,000 sterling will be requested for coaling-stations.
