(PEE PBESS ASSOCIATION I. Beblin. December 7. A scene took place in the Reichstag yesterday owing to members belonging ;o the Socialist party refusing to cheer ihe Emperor on entering the Chamber >n the ground that he recently informed lie recruits iv the army that it was their luty to fire on their fellow citizens if ndcrcd. Other members roundly dolounced the Socialist party.
