(Per Press Association). London. November 21. At a meeting of the London Bank o Australia, Sir J. F. Garrick said a stronj position has been taken up by the Ban! and since the reconstruction it had beei maintained. They had decided to dc fray the second instalment due to de positors in July, 1895, but were unabli to declare a dividend on ordinary shares Amalgamation with another bank wa; ininrobable at present.
