The body lies in stato for a week in Moscow and a week here. The Russian army has takeu the oath of allegiance to the Czar's successor. Paris, November 3. Sevoral of the theatres wero closed to-night out of respect to the Czar's memory. The President and members of tbe Government officially attended a requiem mass iv Paris. London. November 3 Flags wero lowered to half-mast in London. The Courts in Great Britain, Denmark, and Germany, go into mourning for a month. The Lord Mayor of London sent a message of condolence on behalf of the workiqg classes.
