August 29 1 The annual report of the railway Com--1 missionera shows a decrease in the i revenue of £26,000 as compared with the > previous year. The report only beara the signature of two out of the three Commiasioners, and this fact is causing much comment, aa it appears friction exiatß 1 with Mr A. Johnson, who declined to 1 sign the report unless he was allowed the 1 right to attach an addendum. It is expected that an enquiry will be held into the matter .
