Outbreak of Cholera.
(Per Press Association). St Petersburg, July 13. Cholera has broken out here and is spreading to an alarming extent. The disease has broken out in the military barracks, and is raging with great virulence among the soldiers. Berlin. July 13. Choleia is spreading into Germany, and despite the efforts of the sanitary authorities grave fears are entertained that it will get beyond thoir power.
