j>Jt» PBKSS ABBO&ATIOX.J Wellington, June 27. THE ADDRESS-IN-REPLY. The Hon. Mr Kelly moved the Ad-dress-in-Reply, and the Hon. Mr Bolt seconded. — The Hon. Mr Scotland supported the cheap money scheme, pro* viding the Government took proper precautions to get sufficient security for loans. The Address-in-Reply was agreed to. Council then adjourned till Thursday afternoon.
