Important Insurance Case.
| Per Press Association]. Wellington, Jane 19. In the case of Skey v. Mutual Life Association of Australasia (details of which we published yesterday), cone of the facts were disputed, and the case was withdrawn from the jury, it being left to His Honor to settle. Arguments will be taken on Friday. In his opening address, counsel for the Company said this was the first caße defended by the Company since its existence 25 years ago, and an important principle was involved.
