A Big Estate.
The will of the late Mr Frederick Gonnernan Dalgety lias just been proved. It is dated March, 181)0, ■with two codicils, the last made February 26, 1892. He orders the tales . of all his property in Australia and New Zealand, but the executors may postpone the sale, and they may sill his wool and other produce m the colonies instead ot sending- tin; in io England. He confirms tue saiu ot bis share in the Omarama run to his son Charles. He bequeath* to cue executors oi his will £600 ea.li, and to them for charities £1000. He leaves . in trust for his three uumairieu daughters £25,000 eaoh : and ior his four younger sous each 600 shares in Delgety and Co., or £;0,000 each. The testator bequea;hs £30,000 and all the remainder ot his *>narcs in Jjul#ety and Co. to his eldest sun, i*redcrick John, and leaves all his real estate and residue of his persoml estate upon trust for his said eldest son, but a life annuity of £150 is to be paid to testator's brother, Alexander William Dalgety. The vame ot the whole personal estate has been sworn at £480,000.
