The Parnellites and the Invincibles.
TYNAN'S BOOK OF REVELATIONS (Per Press Association.) London, May 29. Tynan declares that the Parnellism and the policy of the fnvincibles is one and the same, and that its authority and armament sprang from the organised ranks of agitation. Just before the In vincibles were organised, he state*, an Irish member, now a prominent MeCarlhyite, offered to sacrifice hid lite by publicly suppressing Mr Forster, the then Irish Secretary, also that n prominent Parnellite official enlisted him (Tynan) to develop tbe policy of tbe Invincib'ee in tho room in the House of Commons where the Party assembled. Tynan do clares that the murder of Lord Cavendish was a deliberate deed, aud that leading Irishmen all the world over secretly rejoiced at his death.
