(Per Press Association.) London, May 27. Tallow, medium mutton, is quoted at 255, and beef at 245. The English wheat market is weak, and prices are unchanged. The Continental is dull, and the American changing a little for tbe better. Wool is unchanged, and the market is rather flat. " Elderslie " brought 7sd. . American buyers are operating freely. The amount catalogued to date is 236.800 bales, of these there have been sold 213,800 bales.
The following Londou market quotations have been received by cable, dated the 25th instant, by the New Zealand Land Association (Limited) : — Frozen Meat — Canterbury mutton, 4f,d per lb ; Wellington mutton, 3sd ; New Zealand beef (hind-quarters), 4^d ; do. (forcquarters), 3^d ; lamb (prime New Zealand, per carcase), scl per lb. Tallow — Fine mutton, 26s 6d per cwt ; good beef, 25s 3d. Hemp, medium, .±'l6 per ton. Wheat— New Zealand average, 24s 3d per 4961 b; New Zealand f.a.q. to arrive iron ship, c.i.f., 2_s per 4801 b. Butter, 1 90s per cwt,
