Maori Parliament.
[P2B PHESS ASSOCIATION.! GISBOBNK, April 16 The opening of the Maori Parliament takes place to-morrow, but as a number oi: chiefs are detained up the Coast at tangis the proceedings will not be attended with much ceremony. There are about four hundred Maoris on the ground, and it is anticipated that when th« Parliament is in full swing there will be a thousand present. The natives arc very reticent as to what form their deliberations will take.
