SIR JAMES FERGUSSON IN THE BOX.
London, April 10. Judge Williams intimated that he must see the financial statement on which the reconstruction scheme of the Company was based before he decided to sanction or reject the scheme. The representative of the creditors' committee stated that the schen:e was based on a report furnished to the Official Receiver by Messrs Turquana Young and Co., and it is their figures His Honor wishes to see. The creditors' committee meets to-day ' to consider the effect of the evidence elicited by Judge Williams' exanrin ation will have on the scheme as at present drawn up. Sir Jas. Fergusson is now in the witness box.
