BUSINESS PARALYSED. (I'KK PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Sydney, November 1. Tho negotiations connected with the wool dispute have ceased, and consequently busiuoss is at a staudatill. Ono large steamer has been compollod to go to Melbourne to seek cargo. Wool valued at £2,200,000 is already stored in tho worohousos, and additional consignments aro flowing in. Tho wool warehouses are overflowing, and stores of all descriptions are being brought into requisition to copo with tbo demand for spaco.
