Messrs F. B. Jackson and Co. report on their Johnson ville sale :— Cattle were in usual numbers, and were all competed for. Sheep were ot indifferent sorts, none really prime coming forward. Figs made excellent prices. Quotations :-— Cattle, best bullocks, £8 5s to £9 ss; lighter ones, £1 to £7 17s 6d; cows, 44 12s 6d to £5 17s 6d ; veal calves, 20s. Ox beef, 18s to 19s per 1001 b; cows, 15« to 16s. One superior bullock, purchased by Mr Biddlesford, of Molesworth street, brought £12 6s 6d. Sheep : Wethers, 18s to 14s 6d; ew«s, 10a 6d to 11s 4d. Pigs: Baconers, 44s to 595 ; porkers, 26s 6d to 275. -•■■■••:
