The Annexation Conference at a meeting to-day, decided to admit' Desvoux, the Governor of Fiji, as the representative Of that Colony. His Excellency subsequently submitted a memorandum in reference to j the Pacific Annexation. The Hon W. . B* Giblin, the Premier of Tasmania, submitted, a communication from Ashley Coote, .the Hawaian Consul at Hobart. protesting against the annexation of the Pacific Islands. The Hon James. Service, premier of Victoria, wilf submit a series of resolutions on the subject of annexation in the Pacific at the •onference meeting to- morrow.
