HORSES IN LIKELY FORM
The Thames Trotting Club's Spring Meeting will be held at Parawai tomorrow, and with useful fields engaged some excellent light-harness fare should be provided. Backers are set no easy problems with the majority of horses engaged in at least two races, and earlier form may provide the most reliable line. Betting will be on the win-and-place system, and the following may be fancied: — Tararu Handicap: Golden Journey, Kaipaki Bill, Gold Kip. Karaka Handicap: Davey Day, Guide Peter, Peter's Find.
