As a result of the publicity given in .recent cablegrams from New Zealand reporting the development of a "black market" for New Zealand pounds, New Zealand bonds fell sharply, the declines ranging from one to three points. In London banking circles, however, it is hot thought that there is immediate danger of any default on commercial payments, but the situation generally is regarded as becoming increasingly serious.
