GILMER.—On December 3, 1938, at the Wellington Hospital, Alexander, beloved .husband of Emma, and father of Alexander, Violet, William, Henry, and Florence; aged 74 years.

MOCKETT.—On December 2, 1938, at Edward Street, Tahunanui, Nelson, Stephen Frederick, beloved husband of Ida May Mockett, late of Murchison; aged 52 years. McPherson and Day, Funeral Directors. TUDEHOPE.—On December 2, 1938, at a private hospital, Wellington, Margaret KatherIne, daughter of Peggy and lan Tudehope.
WOOD.—On December 2, 1938, at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. F. W. Baillie, Cobden, Greymouth, Jane Elizabeth, widow of the late William George Wood, of Christchurch, and, late of Auckland; in her 73rd year.
WOODWARD.—On December 2, 1938, at her residence, 87 Plrie Street, Theodosia Edith, dearly beloved mother of Elizabeth and Theodore Woodward and Mrs. B. C. Beach, Wanganui. Interred at Karori today.
