The forward rate of discount lias widened to 9 per cent, per annum, and it is not easy to sell francs six months ahead. Rentes declined 4 per cent, and were quoted below 60 in contrast with British 4 per cent, consols at 109; The Opposition Press is forecasting the fall of the Blum Government. '
