Writing from the place on the Wanganui River from which he takes his pen-name. \"Upukongaro" pleads tor help to the widow and family of the late "Spotty" Fraser, who lost his life in a parachute descent undertaken voluntarily to assist a benefit air display given at Rongotai for the dependants of a fellow-airman. The circumstances warrant a public appeal.
