WEALTHY WOMAN MISSING

WHANGAREI, This Day

An outbreak of firo at Russell late last night totally destroyed a house occupied by Mrs. Florence P. Dod, of whom no trace has yet been found. It is supposed that she perished in the llanies. Mrs. Dod, a nativo of Cheshire, possessed considerable means. Several legacies, including one of £30,000, were bequeathed by her late husband a few years ago.
