PRIME MINISTER'S REPLY
The Prime Minister (the Bight Hon. G. W. Forbes) has replied on behalf of the people of New Zealand, expressing appreciation of the generous offer, but assuring the Australian. Government that adequate arrangements have been made- for necessary relief measures.
