In addition t# the Minister of Lands (the Hon. E. A. Ransom) and the Minister of Health (the Hon. A. J, Stallworthy), who loft, "Wellington-by train on Tuesday afternoon for Napier, and who proceeded by car from Dannevirko to the affected area, the Minister of Justice (the Hon. J. G. Cobbo) and Minister without portfolio (the Hon. E. Masters) left by special train last night. Tie Minister of Public Works (the; Hon. W. B. Taverner) loft for HaTvkes»Bay by car yesterday morning. Ho was preceded by tho Engineer-in-Chief of the Public Works Department (Mr. F. W. Furkert). Yesterday afternoon the Minister of Education (tho Hon. H. Atmore), accompanied by the Department's architect, Mr. Savage, also proceoded to Hawkes.Bay by car. : ■ _-' ■ Messrs. P. Fraser, R. Semple, and W. j Nash, M.P.'s, left Wellington for Na■pier on - Tuesday afternoon. Several j members of Parliament have offered their services to tho Government.
