Levin and Co., Ltd., have received the following cable from their London ; agents, dated 14th February, 1930:— ."Frozen meat quotations (prices on a 'delivered' basis, i.e., including storage 'charges, cartage, market tolls, etc.): North Island down lambs, 28-361b ll%d per lb, 36421b ll%d; best North Island "crossbred lambs, 28-361b lPid, 36-421b •U%d; North/Island second quality lambs, •average 30-311b, none offering; best North •Island wether sheep, under 481b, none :offering, 48-561b none offering, 56-641b none offering, 64-721b none offering; North Island ewes, under 481b none offering, 48----561b none offering, 56-641b none offering, 64-72Jb none offering; New Zealand prime ox beef, 160-2201b, none offering. As compared with last week's quotations, lamb is unchanged; the market is very quiet, buyers awaiting developments. The market for mutton is. very firm, but no supplies available." /
