Lord Beaverbrook, Professor M'Cui'dy, and Sir Hugo Cunliffie-Owcn have issued an appeal, jmblished in tho newspapers throughout the country, to all who believe in the ideal of free trade within the Empire to enrol as foundation members of tlio "Empire Crusade." Men and women supporting X/ord Beaverbrook's policy will bo called later to a convention which will not bo tied by nny existing jiolitical party.
