THE COUNCIL AND HARBOUR BOARD. A LAST REMINDER. The election, which is to decide who are to be the managers of th© city's affairs in succession to th© old council, takes place to-morrow. Altogether 36 candidates have been announced for the council. Fifteen are required to be elected, and each elector has th© right to vote for that number or lees if h© or she sees fit.
