RULES AND REGULATIONS. No qualification fee required. Sweepstakes to be paid at scales by starters only. Name, age, pedigree (if any) of horses to be given with nomination. No entries will be received for any of the above Races except upon this condition That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the Racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or whomsoever they may appoint, and their decision on all points connected .with the carrying out of this programme shall be final. Three horses to start for all post entry races or no event. Jockey costume will be enforced.Five per cent, will be deducted from, all stakes.
