CLYDE PUBLIC CEMETERY TRUST.

The second ordinary meeting of the above Trust was held on Tuesday, the 26th lost, at 7.30 p m, Present; B. Naylor, Esq., Chairman; and Messrs Joss, McManus, and the Secretary. Resolved—That the Treasurer’s statement be adopted, and that the Secretary he instructed to notify to those in arrears that payment mast be paid forthwith, A code ot Bye-laws were read, and it was resolved that the consideration of same be adjourned till next meeting. Applications for the office ot sexton were opened, and it was agreed that the matter be left in the hands of the Chairman. Resolved—That the Chairman be requested to have the Cemetery put in proper order, and that he wait upon Mt 0. Shaw, Rabbit Inspector, with a ’%iew of laying poisoned gram for the destruction of rabbils within the enclosure. Resolved—That Mr E McManus 1m requested to supervise the necessary repairs and imp.ovements required to the giounds.
