DUNSTAN DISTRICT HOSPITAL
A meeting of the Trustees of the above Institution was held in the Committee Room, Town Hall, on Friday, the 12 th inst., at 8 p.m. Present: Messrs J. Hickson, Jeffery, Crawford, and Slovens Mr Hickson was voted to the chair. Minutes of previous meetings were read and confirmed.
A letter from the District Hospital asking for an estimate of receipts and expenditure for the „ year ending March 31st, 1888, was read. Them and then an estimate was made, add the Secretary was instructed to furnish name to the District Board.
, Mown Hickson and Jeffery were appointed to sign cheques in conjunction with the Treasurer.
Resolved—That tenders for rations and medical comforts, meat bread, coals, milk,and burials be invited through the Ddnstan Times, tenders to be sent into the Secretary not later than 8 p.m. of the 30th inst., and no tender to be considered unless on a printed form of tender. The Secretary was instructed to obtain a seal from Messrs Fergussou and Mitchell, Dunedin.
The meeting then adjourned till Tuesday the 30th inst., at 8 p.m.
