CLYDE SPRING HANDICAP 20 sovs. Nomination 15s. Acceptances 10s. Distance, 1 mile. Nominations will be received up to 9 p.m. on the 13fh September. Weights will be declared on the com so after tho running of the Duns;an R, C. Handicap, and acceptances will be received by tho Secretary immediately afterwards. RULES. No entry will be received for any of the above races except upon this condition ; That all disputes, claims, and ohj rotione, ai ising out of the racing shall bo decided by the Stewards or whom they may appoint. Tbcir decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of the programme shall be final. For all races (except the handicaps) three horses to start or no race. Any person entering a protest must deposit L2, and should'such protest be deemed frivolous by the Stewards, the amount will be forfeited. Five per cent, will be deducted from the gross of all moneys paid in accordance with tho programme for expsnees. Nominations, acceptances, and entries will not be received after tho time stated under any pretext whatever, or without being accompanied with the necessary tnmonnt of cash.
