Clyde Business notices PUBLIC TRUST OFFICE OF NEW ZEALAND. ANY person may appoint; the Public Trustee executor and trustee under his will or codicil. Any present tnistee may transfer the management of the crust property to the Public Trustee, who will thereupon hold such property upon the original trusts attaching thereto. Any person, company, association, or public body within or without the eo'eny, may place any property be.longing to them in charge of the Public Trustee upon trust for such uses as may be defined in the deed creating the trust. The Public Trustee, in Ins cor porate capacity, never dies, never leaves the country, and never becomes incapacitated, thus avoid! g the many inconveniences resulting from frequent fresh appointment of rustees, necessitated by death, change if abode, or menial orjbodily infirmity. 4tb. Gth. Reasonable charges: On estates -mch as are now being considered, the Pub’. Ie Trustee is authorised to charge pel cent, on all receipts, and 1 1per cent on disbursements, and 5s per cent, on all moneys invested No charge is made for obtaining probate, nor for passing stamp and property tax returns, nor fir correspondence how ever voluminous.
