' A letter from the Secretary to the Education Board was read intimatiug that the Board declined to grant the request of i,ho achoorOominifctee for a pupil teacher. No reasons, wero given, ' ■ The Secretary was instructed to write asking the reason for refusal. , ' Mr Dabinott was <authorised to get some work done ioi trout of the hall. ....
