Harper, the president of the Manawatu BowD ing Centre, Mr. P. Skoglund, and rinks from most of the clubs in the Manawatu arrd- -Horowhenua districts. The fuhction will mark 'the start of a project which will do much to foster the social side of the R.S.A.'s activities.
