Nieholson, j of Otaki Railway, who have been ; visiting the South Island on holiday, returned .to Otaki yesterday. Card Evening. The fortnightly card evening in aid of the Anglican Beach Hall took place on Monday night, when there was the usual satisfactory attendance. . Prize winners were Mesdames F. E. Evans, E. T. Harper and S. Brooks and Mr. P. Evans (firsts), and Mrs. J. Royal and Mr. C. Parrant (seconds) .
