WELLINGTON, Jitly 13. At the end of a two-day session. of the national council of the New Zeaiand Waterside Wolkers' Union, the national president, Mr H. Barnes, said no decision on the current dispute over the powers of the Wateriront Authority, could be announced. It is reliahly reported, however, that the union will demand that the Govemment amend the Waterfront lndustry Emergency Regulations to remove "the right of the Minister of Labour to override the decisions of the Authority." Unless the imion's demands are acceded to, the present ban on overtime work at Auckland will be extended to all other ports.
