NEW PLYMOUTH, May 31. Wrestling solidly and eleverly, Petpr Managoff and Ken Kenneth drew with one fall each at New Plymouth. Managoff pinned Kenneth in the fifth round following head throws and drop kicks but in the seventh round submitted to a twisted toehold applied by Kenneth. '
