WELLINGTON, April 15. A further reduction in postage charges on unsotieited gift parcels, to individuals in the United Kingdom is innounced by Hon. F. Haekett, Po«t master-General. The new charges. whicli are operative from Tuesday next are ls 6:d, 2s 9d, 4s and 6s 3d for three, seven, 11 and 221b. weighr parcels.
