David Farrar is surging to the ! forefront, and will soon be seen in | his most important role as yet, istarring, with Glynis Johns, Fiora i Robson, Albert Lieven and Mai Zeiterling, in. Michael Balcon's "Frieda," which comes to the Civic 'Theatre 011 Tuesday. He has a finely dramatic role aS a British airman who marries, and brings back to England, the German girl who has helped him to escape from a P.O.W. camp. David is tall, strong-featured, virile. His life is a modei of perfect domesticity. He met his wife when they were aeting together. Today, they live in a large, solid old house in Duiwich, with a three-year-old daug'nter, Barbara. Natur alness is the key-note of his personality, and one of the main reasons for his popularity.
