WELLINGTON, Nov. 15. Though now not so prominent, the comet reporte'd last week is still visible low on the eastern horizon in the early morning. The director of the Carter Observatory, Mr. I. L. Thomsen, said that 3.30 a.m. was the best time. He thought it would be visible at that time in good weather for perhaps the rest of this week.
