"The Arnelo Affair," showing at the Civic Theatre on Thursday and Friday and starring John Hodiak, George Murphy and Frances Gifford, is-exciting entertainment tord with a minimum of fuss. The simplicity of its plot, which deals mainly with a man who uses blackmail to steal another man's wife, is enhanced by good photography and smart, credible dialogue.
