WELLINGTON, July 15. The unusual sight of the Prime Minister, from a seat in the front row 6f the Opposition benches next to its leader, indicating to Mr. Speaker the business the House was to ' discuss, was tempting enough to hring loud applause from Opposition members in the House of Representatives this afternoon. The Prime Minister had crossed the floor of the House to cliscuss soine matter on the order paper with the Leader of the Opposition and was seated next to Mr. Holland when he was called upon by Mr. Speaker. Mr. Fraser, as he rose from the seat usually occupied by Mr. Sullivan, was greeted with generous is not encouraging applause which he acknowledged with a smile, saying: "This is near enopgk. This is as close as I will ever get."
