- , Received Sunday, 7 p.m. SYDNEY, July Ti. Fifteen Australians will benefit from the estate of £260i,000 left by the wealthy Sussex hotel . owner, Mr. Caleb Diploek, who died iu 1936. The Euglish Court of Appeals has ruled that the estate was wrongfully disbursed to Eriglish charities. Mrs. W. S/bley, of South Australia, who made claims on behalf of relatives in 1939, received a shock when told that years of legal wrangling had ended. She is the eldest daughter of pne of Caleb Diploek 's two brothers, both of 'whom are dead. Since fir3t making a claim, Mrs., Sibley has written 200 letters to solicitors in England and A.ustralia. A flaw in the original will was discovered by chance by Mrs. Sibldy's daughteivwho read a newspaper acconnt of the ea§e.
