When the above message was referred to the managing-secretary of the Horowhenua Electric Power Board (Mr. R. A. Frederikson) , fie said that the additional allocation to Horowhenua would not be suffiicient to enable them to keep withip their quota an'd consequently, in the meantime, there will be no let up in present re'strictions.
