Reduction In Power Cuts Announced
WELLINGTON, May 13. Tfie improving condition of 'the North Island lake watersheds has made possihle a reduction of the present cut of 15 per cent. in the alloca'tioii of power to 10 per cent. Hon. ; R. Semple said today that the Electri- | city Controllet had notified all 'North Island supply authorities that the i new allocation applied to the present ■ week and until further notice.
