SIEGFORM AND MONEY BIRD WON • BIG RACES GCRE, Feb. 15. For the second day of the ;Gore Racing Club 's summer meetiug there was showery weather. The track was easy and the attendance fair, the totalisator haudling £35,966, as against £36,684 10s. The total for the meetiug was £64,110, as against £68,452. Because of the track conditions the second and third races were transposed. Eauipon fell in the Highweight Handicap, brolce a shoulder and had to be destroyed. B. J. Mears, his rider, was lined £25 by the judicial committee under rule 287, para A, for racing the horse in ordinary slioes.
